I recently purchased cushions in your store at The Hyper Centre Waterford. When I took the cushions home the colour did not match what I wanted. I returned the cushions today with my receipt and tags still on the cushions so the total were in a resalable condition. I was informed by the assistant that I could not have a refund as Heaton\'s no longer offer refunds? I was completely shocked! I understand that legally I am not entitled to a refund unless the item is faulty however you are the first retailer I have ever experienced this with. Under the umbrella of customer service I am curious to know the benefit\'s of the \"no refund\" policy to your customers. I have worked in retail for the past 25years and this is my first experience of a customer being refused the option of changing their mind. I left the store with my credit note feeling very annoyed. I do not wish to return to your store anytime soon as I do not feel a company with such poor customer service deserves to be supported. I will be sure to update your new returns policy on social media as I think it is only fair that any future customers would be fully informed of this outrageous policy. Feeling annoyed

I\'ve contacted customer service at least 3 times about an order which I believe I was overcharged for delivery and still am waiting for a response. The one response I did receive didn\'t even relate to my question. The service is an absolute joke. €16 delivery for a packet of paper napkins valued at €1.08. Nobody can answer why I was charged so much.

Terrible experience in your Tallaght store today. Both managers dismissive and rude. Kellie and Adam were their names. I questioned your returns policy around unopened boxers shorts and was basically told me \"everyone knows there\'s no returns on them\". I bought them in Blanchardstown and was told once they were unopened they\'d have no problem exchanging if unsuitable. A lot of confusion on this and no clear message on receipt or posters at the till. Adam sent me to Kellie as it was her area and just before I spoke to her the security guard warned her of me. An absolute disgrace! Very abruptly and loudly she said \"no I\'m changing them because we just dont\". She also said the company don\'t have to tell the customer or advertise on the policy poster behind your till, this is 100% untrue as I work for a large retail company. Very disappointed with this as I have shopped in heatons for years.
