rely disappointed with your customer service and staff in the portlaoise store , i have e bought one item an the items is faulty. i return back and the staff said to me they can`t check now come back later i was came back after half and hours and still they have not been checked the items. and they said to me come back tomorrow , checking the items only 5 mints no point for me to come back tomorrow and 3 time to check one faulty times it is shame for your customer service .i am regular customer but never buy any times the any more .relly shame for a big store like this dont have enough staff to check one items
